I. Product Description:

JOYE-TO series CNC multi-station turret punch press is a high-end device for plank punch processing industries, composing of a CNC system, a turret punch and a two-dimensional large-amplitude workbench. With its unique advantages in the plank processing of many product types and complex designs of section, it is the equipment preferred for modern punch processing enterprises to expand processing areas, enrich processing capacity and upgrade products.

II. Features:

The turret adopts overall 40Cr steel forging, quenching and tempering and allocated with international standard long-steering blanking die and forming die. Thus it features the elimination of unstable factors, accuracy improvement and the extension of service life of machine tool and that of die.

The transmission parts of workbench employ HIWIN high-speed mute FSC series ball screw and HIWIN ultra-high-load HGH series linear guide rail. The upper and lower turret plate and two axles of workbench are both driven by an actuating motor.

It can be loaded with 24/12 pairs of different molds for one time, and the stations can be customized according to specific customer demands.

Ultra-large-amplitude non-injury workbench ensures the plank not exceeding the workbench in the course of processing, guaranteeing the operators safety.

Due to the CNC system, the process flows of jacking, feeding, high-speed die changing as well as continuous and stable punching can be automatically achieved with the real-time display of processing track and programmable punching.

The CNC system possesses the function of workpiece second-positioning and can further enhance the size of the machinable workpiece under the premise of not increasing the workbench size.

Support AUTOCAD auto-programming and ISO standard CNC G-code programming

Through the establishment of the corresponding mold library, the punching processes with a variety of graphics in a wide range of thickness can be achieved. It boasts unique advantage for the plank processing of many product types and complex designs of section.
