 Advanced working and positioning system

(1).The clamping device can automatically check the clamping position .with collaboration of the secondary positioning device. Manual intervention is not required, and the sheet metal material can be extended infinitely in theory

(2) With high precision and zero clearance, the linear guide rail and screw have stable transmission accuracy and flexible motion.

(3)The hairbrush type worktable which has low noise and no damage to material allows convenient maintenance to it, and the hairbrush can be replaced independently.

High-speed and accurate turret.

1 All the turret by high-precision gear bi-directionally and synchronously, the radial location pin and mold-oriented device ensure an accurate alignment of punch and die. This consequently extends the service life of molds and improves accuracy of repeated positioning.

2 The machining capacity and flexibility of molds is improved by Auto-indexing station on

the largest working position of punch press when can complete blanking by programming from any angle.

3  The universal and convenient mold dismantlement &installation device .realizes interchange between molds in standard at home or abroad ,and may quickly finishes various maintains functions of molds .

H-efficient hydraulic drive system

(1)High-hydraulic drive system produced by world’s famous German H*L (Harley) Corporation is adopted .it has compact structure .it is firm and durable .The stamping is stable and power is abundant .Which guarantees the kinetic performance of machine tool and improves credibility of machine tool

The hydraulic power system which has compact structure.,Solid durability and stable press controls the speed changing of hydraulic punch head through during working cycle, and mute pressing is thus realized

Adopting SIEMENS NCS and servo unit, the processing can be directly programmed out or

generated aquatically by CAD map drawing

The fully automatic servo lubrication system protects the machine from breakdown resulted from negligence of manual operation, which ensures stable performance of equipment.
